Russian Oligarch Farkhad Akhmedova’s beloved $320 million superyacht was embroiled in the center of his divorce dilemma. Oleg Tinkov’s 252-foot ice-breaking vessel is his prized possession capable of exploring the most remote destinations of the planet like the Arctic and Antarctic. 2021 saw yet another ultra-rich billionaire, Alexey Mordashov, buy himself a valuable gift- The Nord yacht! It’s no wonder that Russia is the second-largest market for superyachts after the United States of America.

If all family assets are considered, Mordashov ranks first among Russian billionaires and rightfully deserves a palatial vessel like the Nord megayacht.

They Lady M was exceedingly modest when compared to the Nord.

His earlier yacht was way humble:
After Nord made its way into the life of Mordashov, the billionaire decided to part with the smaller boat. His 200-foot vessel Lady M also flaunted a seven-meter pool and a helipad, but its highlight was the largest aluminum yacht ever built in the United States. Being nearly half the size of Nord superyacht, Lady M comprises three decks with six double guest cabins and seven double cabins for 14 crew members. The yacht that flaunts a top speed of 28 knots was on the market for around $30-35 million.
